    Needing to sell the contents of an estate can seem like a daunting and emotional task. We understand this feeling as we have been there ourselves. Whether you are downsizing, or have recently lost a loved one, we would love to help take some of the stress off of your shoulders by clearing space for your next chapter.

    Fees

    When we come to the home for a consultation, we will give you a quote on our rate. Our rate is generally between 30-40% with a predetermined minimum. The rate is based on the value of items in your home. 


    We offer clean out services based on amount of items in the home. This service is separate from estate sales. 

    How will I be paid?

    We will give you a check for your portion of the sale within 3 days of the end of the sale. We will also provide itemized lists of items sold. 

    How will my sale be marketed?

    Your sale will be promoted on as many platforms as possible. This includes: Facebook marketplace, Instagram,.tiktok, our website, and estate sales.net

    We will also place physical signs throughout the neighborhood and in high traffic areas to help bring in as many customers as possible

    How does the consultation work?

    Our team members will come to your home and assess the value of your items. We will use online resources such as eBay and worth point to help us determine the current market value of your higher priced items. We will then determine our rate, answer any questions that you have, and get to know you and your goals for the sale. We will have a contract ready to sign and we can determine the date for the sale. Please remove, mark, or make us aware of any items that will not be part of the sale so that we can give you an accurate quote.
